Long time no hear
Still running, still slow, still don't like the heat.
Got two rather nice medals to add to my collection.
Currently on the Lands End to John O'Grotes (long way to go but have a year).
Have signed up for Great British Ultra Challenge 200k (to Birmingham)
(virtual obviously and throughout July)
Don't know why London Marathon doesn't virtual to tell the truth.
