Day 4 - run round the park - 8k

Anti clockwise small laps round Crystal Palace Park 2 in total and one circuit of the cricket field.
Managed a PB on the Thicket Rd to Thicket Rd segment so well chuffed.
Lots of runners today and plenty of smiles, some Mornings and a wave or two. Must be a Parkrun thing. Certainly appeared to be a lot out on the course, but CPP does have about 4 different ones to choose from.
Windy again and overcast but when the sun did show its face (twice) it was HOT
I believe I heard a woodpecker today so that was exciting!
