I just did an hour’s Step workout – I can’t remember what it was called, it was on Amazon Prime. It was only forty-five minutes, so I did fifteen minutes of another one, just to bring myself up to an hour (just because I had decided to do an hour).
And now, ooh, my bum hurts!
I am pleased that I bought myself that step, though. Most of the exercises are just, well, stepping onto the step, and raising the other
To be honest, there are some parts where I tend to do my own exercise, rather than what the video is telling me – for example, I thought it would be good to do a few long side-to-side steps.
So, I am doing a few days of cycling then a day of step, then a few more days of cycling. This lock-down is good for my fitness! Not for my sanity, or my social-life, though. Mind you, on Friday night we went over to see some friends, who live about 10 miles away – their daughter made friends with our eldest, when they were babies at nursery, and we decided that, as her parents were so lovely, it was a friendship that we should encourage.
