Guess what?

I know I have said this before, but oooh, my bum hurts!
I am glad I have a FitBit: I was working all day, and when I looked at my FitBit at 5, it said I had walked one thousand steps all day. Eek! I had only walked to and from the kettle a few times, and that was it. :-(
So I went out. I did a different route to usual: I walked past the girls’ school, then came back on the path beside the dual-carriageway. Then I went a bit further, just to get myself definitely well past 5,000 steps.
Then I came come, dragged my new exercise bike out, and cycled along while watching episode one of Good Omens (which I have seen many times before, but hey, I love Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, and I really love David Tennant, even when he is being a sort-of-evil demon!).
I then carried on until I had done a full hour on the bike. So, as normal, I hit 10,000 steps on my FitBit again. I think the FitBit is great for forcing me to get off my arse for some exercise, every day, during this horrible lockdown. Even if I get off my arse so energetically that my arse than hurts!
