I am very impressed with myself: I went to the gym this morning, at the university where Mr Flump works. And I walked there, which is two miles. !!! Once there, I did 40 minutes of aerobic-y stuff: the bike, the slippy-slidey thing, the rowing machine, and the steppy thing. I have always used steppy machines before where you just have one step, but these ones are four steps which actually move round, so you need to walk up them, and not slow down. It is hard work!
Once I had worked out, I rang Mr Flump, and he came and got me. I was very pleased with myself – that long walk kept my FitBit happy! My hip was fine – uncomfortable, but not painful. :-)
