Was my birthday yesterday and managed to get a run in with some work colleagues. This was good as I managed to keep at a relatively easy pace, worked out about 8min miles.
Today is a training day off. I find it so difficult not to do anythin...
This week did not start off that well. Missed out my Long Run on Sunday, I managed to rationalise this with the fact that I did run the FLM the previous week.
The rest of the week pretty good though, managed to get some steady 7 milers in on ...
So the end of an eventful week.
Ran the London Marathon on Sunday. Absolutely fantastic event, exceptional organisation, great crowds, great camaraderie.
I took Monday off as a rest day. The adrenalin was still coursing through my ...
