I frequently suffer from blisters on my feet after a run; are there any socks that could help?

Blisters are caused by chafing between the skin and another surface, for example your socks. It is important to identify if the socks are the problem or whether ill-fitting shoes are the cause.

Assuming your socks are responsible, you should look to wear seamless socks made from man-made fibres that will help transport moisture away from your feet, keeping them dry. You could also consider dual layer type socks, which are like wearing two very thin pairs, which can alleviate the problem.
