After a long run, 15 miles plus, the following day my top thigh muscle aches more than my calf muscles. I do post-run stretches, what can i do to reduce this?

Without knowing the full details about your running it is difficult to accurately suggest what the issue might be. While massage and foam rolling might help alleviate the problem, we would suggest that you seek professiona advice from a physio or equivalent who can properly assess your situation and suggest next steps.

I do a little bit of cycling after about 25 to 40 mile my left hand goes completely numb i notice alot of riders have this, have you any idea what the common cause would be?
