I run about one and half miles and I'm training for a marathon and I'm starting to feel a pull like some tendon going into my groin is causing me a burning pain and I have to stop by 4.5 miles. What do you suggest?

With any issue like this you really should be properly assessed by a professional so that they can correctly identify what the problem might be. For this reason we suggest you make a physio appointment or equivalent.

I think I may have injured my hamstring. I can still run but not sprint fully and there is some pain when I stretch it. What is the best course of action to diagnose the problem and rehabilitate said leg?
