I'm having pain in my knees when I start to run more than 6 miles. Would it be best to run with supports or is there something else I can do?
Due to the complicated muscular, fascial and skeletal structure of the knee, it can be hard to accurately identify the cause of knee pain in runners and how to resolve the issue. Therefore we would recommend seeing a medical professional who will be able to accurately assess the cause of the pain and suggest suitable treatment.
