I have a recurring popliteal injury, and don't have the funds to see a sports physio. Any ideas please?

Unfortunately we aren't able to give individual injury advice. See your doctor to get an opinion and see if he/she can recommend a way forward. You do need professional advice.

I get a stitch on my right side at the bottom of my rib cage, every run that I do. It sometimes moves over to my left but not very often. Is there anything that you can suggest? I've tried putting my hands in the air, squeezing my water bottle and I stop to stretch but it always comes back. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The doctor told me I have bursitis of the gluteus and said it would clear up in a couple of weeks. I am frustrated because I can not run. Is there anything in the meantime to speed up the recovery, it is nearly two weeks with the injury but no improvement.
