Can I run during pregnancy?
Yes, you can, providing that there are no medical complications with the pregnancy. Some women are able to run throughout their pregnancy, right up until a few days before they giving birth, whereas others will find they become too uncomfortable much earlier.
The trick is to listen very carefully to your body. Some easy running is fine, and is actually good for the baby, providing that you are careful not to overexert yourself or become too hot.
