Terms and conditions of entry

For entrants into the realbuzz and Charlie Watson Shokz Giveaway - April 2026

 

  1. This prize draw is open to entrants aged 18 years or over, except employees of realbuzz (“Promoter”), their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.

 

  1. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter and by entering the competition you agree to this communication.

 

  1. One winner will be selected at random from a draw to win a pair of Shokz Open Run Pro headphones.

 

  1. To enter, simply complete the short entry form and agree to these terms and conditions.

 

  1. As a condition of entry, your data will be securely shared with realbuzz ambassador, Charlie Watson, who is affiliated with this giveaway. You may opt out of communications from both realbuzz and Charlie Watson, respectively, at any time. The realbuzz privacy policy can be found here. 

  2. The winner will be contacted within 5 days of the closing date of the prize draw via email. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

  3. The prize is limited to the Shokz Open Run Pro headphones - the prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

  4. The prize will be posted to the winner and the Promoter is not liable if there should be any issues related to the delivery of the prize or loss of the prize by the carrier. 

  5. The Promoter accepts no liability for any injury, accident or losses which are suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting and using the prize. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure they are fit to run the marathon in accepting this prize and it is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure they have a valid passport and any relevant insurance and visas etc. required for travel.

  6. The winner will be congratulated on the Promoters official social media accounts and other applicable channels as well as the Promotional Partner’s channels and by entering and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Promoter to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of promoting the outcome of the competition.

  7. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

  8. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the prize draw details, and thereby the terms & conditions, at any time.
