Terms and conditions of entry

For entrants into the realbuzz Rewards Prague Half 2027 giveaway - September 2026

The realbuzz Rewards Prague Half 2027 giveaway (the “Competition”) is operated by realbuzz (the “Promotor”). By taking part in the Competition, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “T&C”).

  1. This Competition is open to entrants aged 18 years or over, except employees of realbuzz, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
  2. To enter, either sign up or sign in to realbuzz Rewards and click to enter the competition which will be featured at the top of the page. 
  3. Participants may initially make one entry per person. If the participant refers a friend to the competition, they are eligible for 3 x more entries into the giveaway which will be automatically allocated to them upon a successful referral being recorded. A successful referral is qualified as an individual, separate from the referrer, either signing in to realbuzz Rewards or signing up to realbuzz Rewards. Information on how to refer will be shared directly with entrants after they have initially entered the giveaway. There are a maximum of 4 entries per participant. 
  4. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter, and by entering the Competition, you agree to this communication.
  5. One winner will be selected at random from a draw of entries to win 2 x entries in the Generali Prague Half Marathon 2027 plus a voucher worth £500 to spend on any of the brands available on realbuzz Rewards. 
  6. The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the closing date of the prize draw via email with instructions on how to obtain the Prize. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  7. The prize is limited to the 2 x entries for the event and a £500 voucher and does not include any additional personal expenditure or incidental costs that the winner may incur. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any applicable legal regulations and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they are prepared for the event and are able to travel to the event on the allotted day.
  8. The winner will be required to follow instructions to register their 2027 Generali Prague Half place(s) as provided by the Promoter when registration for the event opens and should they fail to register in line with these instructions, the Promoter is not liable for the loss of the places.
  9. The Promoter accepts no liability for any injury, damage, accident or losses which are suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Competition or accepting and using the prize. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure they are fit to run the event in accepting this prize and it is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure they have a valid passport and any relevant insurance and visas etc. required for travel. 
  10. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives.
  11. The decision of the Promotor regarding any aspect of the Prize distribution is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promotor and Promotional Partner reserve the right to refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  13. The Promotor reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Competition details, and thereby the terms & conditions, at any time.
  15. The winner will be congratulated on the Promoters official social media accounts and other applicable channels as well as the Promotional Partner’s channels and by entering and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Promoter to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of promoting the outcome of the Competition.
  16. The winner must comply with the official rules of the 2027 Generali Prague Half .
  17. Personal data supplied during the course of this Competition will only be processed as set out in the realbuzz privacy notice. You may opt out of communications from both the Promoter at any time. 
  18. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
