Terms and conditions of entry

For entrants into the realbuzz x Huawei BMW BERLIN-MARATHON 2026 Giveaway

The 2026 realbuzz x Huawei BMW Berlin-Marathon Giveaway (the “Competition”) is operated by realbuzz (the “Promotor”), whose registered office is at 4th Floor, 5b The Parklands, Middlebrook, Bolton, England, BL6 4SD. The HUAWEI GT RUNNER 2 (the “Prize”) is supplied by Huawei Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd. (‘Huawei’), a company incorporated in the United Kingdom with its registered office at Earley East, Thames Valley Park Drive, Reading, England, RG6 1PT. By taking part in the Competition, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “T&C”).

  1. This prize draw is open to entrants aged 18 years or over, except employees of realbuzz (“Promoter”), their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
  2. Participants may make a maximum of one entry per person.
  3. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter, and by entering the Competition, you agree to this communication.
  4. One winner will be selected at random from a draw of entries in the 2026 BMW BERLIN-MARATHON plus a travel voucher worth £500 towards their race weekend (or equivalent value in the winner's applicable currency, subject to exchange rate at the time of the winner accepting the prize), and 1 x HUAWEI GT Runner 2.
  5. To enter, simply complete the short entry form and agree to these terms and conditions.
  6. The winner will be contacted within 5 days of the closing date of the prize draw via email with instructions on how to obtain the Prize. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  7. The prize is limited to the entry for the event and a travel voucher worth £500, 1 x HUAWEI GT Runner 2. and does not include any additional personal expenditure or incidental costs that the winner may incur. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any applicable legal regulations and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they are prepared for the event and are able to travel to the event on the allotted day.
  8. The winner will be required to follow instructions to register their 2026 BMW BERLIN-MARATHON place as provided by the Promoter and should they fail to register in line with these instructions, the Promoter is not liable for the loss of the places.
  9. The Promotor and Huawei accept no responsibility for the participation in the Competition or claims of the Prize not successfully completed due to a technical fault, including technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  10. The Promoter and Huawei accept no liability for any injury, damage, accident or losses which are suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Competition or accepting and using the prize. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure they are fit to run the marathon in accepting this prize and it is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure they have a valid passport and any relevant insurance and visas etc. required for travel. 
  11. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives.
  12. The decision of the Promotor and Huawei regarding any aspect of the Prize distribution is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promotor and Huawei reserve the right to refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  14. The Promotor and Huawei reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
  15. The Promoter and Huawei reserve the right to amend the Competition details, and thereby the terms & conditions, at any time.
  16. The winner will be congratulated on the Promoters official social media accounts and other applicable channels as well as the Promotional Partner’s channels and by entering and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Promoter to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of promoting the outcome of the Competition.
  17. The winner must comply with the official rules of the 2026 BMW BERLIN-MARATHON.
  18. Personal data supplied during the course of this Competition will only be processed as set out in the realbuzz privacy notice, any data supplied by you to Huawei will only be processed in accordance with Huawei’s Privacy Statement (the Privacy Statement) which can be accessed by clicking the following link: https://consumer.huawei.com/uk/privacy/privacy-statement-huawei/
  19. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
