Terms and conditions of sign up

For participants in The Nation's 5k events in 2026. Realbuzz is an official partner and sponsor of the campaign. 

 

By registering for and participating in this free 5k event as part of the Nations 5k campaign, you confirm that you understand:
  • You are taking part voluntarily and understand that participation involves physical activity which carries a risk of accident, injury or loss.
  • You accept responsibility for your own health, safety and personal belongings during the event.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that the event organisers, partners and volunteers shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss or damage suffered as a result of your participation in your selected event.
  • Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
  • You confirm that you are medically and physically fit to take part in the event.


Participants under 16:
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the event. By completing this registration, you confirm that this requirement will be met.
