Terms and conditions of entry

For entrants into the realbuzz x Jeff Galloway Honolulu Marathon Giveaway 2025

1. This prize draw is open to entrants aged 18 years or over, except employees of realbuzz (“Promoter”) and Jeff Galloway Ltd (“Promotional Partner”), their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.

2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter and by entering the competition you agree to this communication.

3. One winner will be selected at random from a draw to win a place in the 2025 Hononulu Marathon plus a travel voucher worth $1,000 towards their race weekend.

4. To enter, simply complete the short entry form and agree to these terms and conditions.

5. Galloway 360 Club Members get an additional entry automatically if they enter the draw.

6. The winners will be contacted within 5 days of the closing date of the prize draw via email. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner, or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

7. The prize is limited to the entry for the event and a travel voucher worth $1,000 and does not include any additional personal expenditure or incidental costs that the winner may incur. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any applicable legal regulations and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they are prepared for the event and are able to travel to the event on the allotted day.

8. The winner will be required to follow instructions to register their Honolulu Marathon 2025 place as provided by the Promoter and should they fail to register in line with these instructions, the Promoter is not liable for the loss of the place.

9. The Promoter accepts no liability for any injury, accident or losses which are suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting and using the prize. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure they are fit to run the marathon in accepting this prize and it is the sole responsibility of the winner to ensure they have a valid passport and any relevant insurance and visas etc. required for travel.

10. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

11. The winner will be congratulated on the Promoters official social media accounts and other applicable channels as well as the Promotional Partner’s channels and by entering and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Promoter to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of promoting the outcome of the competition. 

12. The winner must comply with the official rules of the Honoulu Marathon that can be found here: https://www.honolulumarathon.org/our-events/jal-honolulu-marathon

13. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the prize draw details, and thereby the terms & conditions, at any time.
