Follow In Sean's Footsteps

Hello and welcome to my running blog.

I will be running the 2018 London Marathon for a local charity called The Rose Road Assoication which provides support for many people with disabilites and their families across Hampshire. I ran the same event in 2016 (4 hrs 17 mins 16 secs) which I thoroughly enjoyed and I cannot wait to take part in the famous race again. This blog will describe my training routine and future fundraising events over the next six months.

My two brothers have been using the service for over a decade and it has given myself and my family a well-earned rest from a daily caring routines. The charity even helped me when I was younger so with those two statements in mind, I decided to start running for them back in 2012 and have been raising over £1,000 ever since from various running events.
