Light Up A Life

After a break last year to walk a marathon in aid of Thames Valley Air Ambulance, I’m returning to fundraising for my local Hospice - Sobell House - where my Dad spent the penultimate month of his life and where I met my best friend. It’s a wonderful place and one very close to my heart.

So, after many years of Moonlight Strolls - 8 to 10 mile walks around Oxford - they are organising something a little different this year. Two 5km walk/jog/runs and one 10 mile walk around Oxford, all at night. Well, evening time really! Yesterday I signed up for the first 5km, which is in six week’s time. I want to jog it, or as much of it as possible, so the training starts tomorrow.

Go girl!
