Time for a new challenge!

In 2012 I ran the London Marathon for charity. Since that time I have done pretty much nothing and am now feeling at an all time low both physically and mentally. I need a challenge and I need something to kickstart me in to losing some weight and getting healthy again. I have entered a half marathon and adopted a training plan from a friend for some gym work. In this blog I am looking to note my progress along with the highs and lows of my attempt to get fit and hopefully lite the blue touch paper on my fitness and wellbeing.
