Time to change

Hi my name is Paul. I am a 42 year old Nurse from Widnes.

I started running in March 2006 after answering a call for people to participate in the GNR for a rugby league charity. I have been lucky enough to run The London Marathon twice (2011 and 2013) and the New York Marathon in 2007

My hobbies include running, cycling, swimming and triathlon. I like watching Widnes Vikings (where I am a season ticket holder) and most importantly spending time with my wife and daughter and son.

Back in 2006 I started a blog on realbuzz and became a regular on the site; I have made some great friends through the site who I still keep in touch with;

After not taking things serious for a rede years I'm back to try and get fit and enjoy sport again and also to lose some weight;

Thank you for your continued support and the help and advice you have all given me through reading my Blog .
