I think i took all this running business a bit lightly, thought i was fitter than i actually am. My first run las Thursday was great, i was glad to be out there and i felt like i was going really well.
i went for another run today, this one was less pleasing. I had no stamina, i could barely run for a minute straight this time, let alone achieve my goal of 2.5mins. my legs felt heavy from the start and i never really got into a good rhythm.
I'm starting to feel like Thursdays run was a bit of a fluke, like i was running on adrenaline, and now the excitement of it all has past.and the real battle is about to begin....
