Going Backwards

Seriously? when am i going to have one of these 'good training days' that you all talk about? i am really starting to consider why im even trying at this point, and I feel like every run is getting progressively worse...  

Tonight was no exception, and although i struggled through my 5k, im not able to run all of that any more, and i feel like the amount of time i spend walking is increasing with each session. A month ago i could run for 30mins without stopping, now i cant run for a kilometer without collapsing...

After a depressing sunday evening, tonights training has just tipped me over the edge... onwards and upwards? more like down and out!
