After feeling decidedly dodgy this morning (not sure why) I felt better as the day wore on and decided to add four miles to my tally for June - which means i've now averaged four miles per day this month so far!
Up to about a year ago four miles was my base training run, the minimum i'd do on a particular day - how things change once you let up on the mileage but not the refuelling! Still,I'm making progress and on track to comfortably run the British 10K in July.
