Well plenty training since last blog Saturday gone di 32 .80 miles on the bike with some tri club pals just under 2hrs and pace of 16.8 mph.Sunday was short run of 4 miles sub 7 min/miling so not bad effort.Last night was swim sess tri club before night swam about 2k.Today was long run of 8.31 miles in 67 mins not bad pace of 8.07 min/mile.Training going pretty well at moment long runs are nearly back up to 16 mile so distance stuff going well,not sure on weekend plans yet but looking at long run and bike if weather ok fingers crossed.
