I just went for my 2.4 circuit, and my knees hurt all the way, but :-) I 'ran' all the way round :-) OK, it was at just under 14 minute/miles, but I was consciously not pushing it.
My calves hurt now though. Ach, it's so hilly here!
OK, I'll take the weekend off (we're going off today so that Rob can do his IronMan on Sunday), but I'll try another short run on monday night. Then I'll have to get back into my marathon training. :-) :-)
