I ran 9 miles on Monday, at just under 13 minutes a mile (so, slow, but hey, this is me!).
I'll be doing 5ish tomorrow too.
Plus I've downgraded my marathon training to Hal Higdon's 'Intermediate', which has me currently ahead of schedule. Don't remember where the old schedule came from, but it was far too enthusiastic.
Then this blog went missing, so I haven't posted for ages. But I think the Realbuzz guys have sorted me out now. So, I'll be back tomorrow morning! Wish me luck!
