FINALLY, after bouts of injury (and several things happening in my personal life), I am back on it!
A very lovely lady (my bf's mum lol) has kindly offered to help train me for the marathon, so both of us - and a friend - are all training 3 times a week at mo, incorporating cliff runs and hilly circuits of 5 miles +
Feeling awesome at the mo, feels great to be feeling fit and healthy again :-)
I'm also reading 'Born to Run' by Christopher McDougall, which is brilliant so far!! It's all about the greatest endurance runners, including a mysterious tribe called the Tarahumara Indians :-)
