Managed a 10k tonight, only expected to go out for about half an hour as the cold still hasn't disappeared. If I've got a cough, I don't understand why running makes it worse - surely it should make it better as you're taking in deeper breaths and expelling any rubbish from your chest?!?
Makes you sleep too. In bed by 9pm!!
10K on Sunday, planning a shorter run between now and Sunday, a short fast run which shouldn't take too long and then hope the cold will have disappeared and I'll be able to complete the 10k, which last week looked highly unlikely!
