Sitting here Sunday evening after a very productive day.
Missed out on a gym session due to taking on quite a lot in the garden - but I'm sure it'll all be well worth it. So just 30mins swim, but I'm delighted with the 36 lengths I managed to do. Then back home for grilled chicken & steamed vegetables - worlds away from the cholesterol rich Sunday dinners that we usually have. Watching tv, & I've got the glow all over that only exercise can give you. I'll sleep we'll tonight.....
