Training update - one week on

So we're one week into our gym membership & already Drew has tried to find a reason not to go. Thankfully everyone else has rallied round & encourage him (& me) to make the effort.

So Sunday afternoon's session was very much worth the effort. We were both pretty exhausted from a few days away, but managed a good 30min cycle, one set of 'weights' (TRX) & just under 20 lengths each.

The legs are aching a little today but I'm delighted we made the effort. Next swim is booked for Tuesday evening.

(Oh, & I've booked myself into a 7am spin class on Wednesday - have the St John's on standby!!!!!!)
