That's how I feel tonight, I warmed up OK tonight ready for a pyramid session on the track - 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, 300m, 200m, 100m but then on the 300m I felt a twinge in my right hamstring and stepped off the track.
Stretched it out and couldn't feel anything wrong so thought it was just a spasm. Started the 400m at a steadier pace but felt the hamstring again at 300m so stopped. I didn't do anymore and am icing the mucle and will massage it with emu oil soon.
Hopefully it's not too serious as I stopped straight away and it doesn't feel to abd now. Off down to Christchurch near Southampton on Wednesday for work back late on Thursday night so no running until weekend now which will help - I hope!
