Track session

Another good track session tonight and I started off with a mile run before the athletes arrived and thenh did the mile warm up with them.  After our drills we got ready for the session - 2 x 90s hard, 60s walk; 3 x 60s hard, 45s walk; 4 x 30s hard, 20s walk.

A bit complicated but a good tough session.  I was under 6 minute miles on all the hard efforts and reached a best of 4:18.  Finished with a mile warm down for a total session of 5 miles.

Recovery run tomorrow lunch and then on Wednesday some of us are going out for our Christmas meal/drink - just the road runners not the young athletes.
