Clare, my better half was walking it, and so we got there really early.
Clare had a good time and did that in 4 hours.
I pushed from the off and managed 1:36:30
Completely outclassed by club mate Laura Sharma however with her 1:34:xx
Low carb has reached it's natural end - i appear to be keto adapted (fat burning is now my main source of energy) & I have reached my target weight (12 stone)
The plan now to eat natural sugars ie fruit is welcomed. Although i frequently give in to my MAGNUM weakness :o)
But aren't they the best??
