Well I have not been on here for ages, in fact not since I sprained my ankle. I have not been running, but I have been swimming twice a week and I have also started cycling with friends on a Thursday evening. In fact today I have ordered some cleats and shoes for my bike, go me!I am still not runing as the ankle is still sore. I think I will take running very slowly and keep up the cycling and swimming for now.
I had not realised how slow a full recovery would be, but I am getting there.
