I now have a training plan in place and I have completed one week. Feeling pretty pleased with myself, although it is described as base training period, so a long way to go yet.
The training plan I am using seems to put together two small session a lot more than I have been doing. For example Friday was swim then run, Saturday, bike and run and Sunday swim then bike. It has worked fine so far but you do need to be organised with kit.
On Saturday me and my son spent the day at a climbing wall we have not visited before and had a great day trying some new and harder stuff.
