Still on plan

I have a plan and I am now on week 3 of the build up phase, all going OK and I am enjoying it. There are no long sessions on one thing but session where there is either cycle/ run or swim/ run or swim/cycle which gives good variety, but it does mean I am having to get organised.

Great to have some sunny weather and I think sea swimming will be resumed soon.
