I am still working away on my triathlon training plan and this week I have done two swim sessions and 3 hours cycling and 2 hours running, in total, so it is slowly building up. Three days have two session in which is interesting. Yesterday I did a swim session followed by an hour and a half cycling. The weather was good here yesterday and it was an enjoyable ride. The weather has been terrible last week and so the turbo was needed a couple of times.
Today I am leading a session at the running club, Tuesday is then back on the bike, Wednesday running, Thursday rest, Friday swim and run, Saturday shorter bike and short run and then a 10k Race on Sunday. A busy week again
