So for about a month now it's just been steady miles, 3 miles and never going beyond 6 miles. Been ok getting the mindset right again.
Corr dear the years are not kind though. At 46 it's clearly tougher and having put on another stone at 11 the heart must be working over time. Good news is I've got loads of room for improvements, in every department.
The training plan starts in earnest today Monday 3 June. That's 18 weeks in the best time of year for me. Warm temperatures was always my friend. So lets go.
