I have no real targets at the moment, just running, swimming and cycling as and when I feel. This week had been a bit quieter due to family stuff, but tomorrow I have a small adventure planned. I am going to run a section of the South Downs Way I have not done before. I think the rout should be around 12 miles. I have arranged a pick up at the end and am going on my own.
Probably not very adventurous for a lot of people but for me a mini expedition. I am still trying to decide what to aim for next year, it is a decide between a marathon, a middle distance tri or both!
Next week my daughter and I have arrange to do a night swim, well 6 o’clock, but apparently it is very dark at the lake and pretty cold. So another bit of an adventure
