The Marathon That Wasn't

Today should’ve been the 40th London Marathon and for the first time in a decade I’m not there to take part or spectate.

Despite this (and with a splinter of glass in my foot from a freak Pimm’s accident) I donned my charity t-shirt and went for a run in the spring sunshine anyway.

Due to the postponement of the marathon (and many other sporting events) a lot of charities are missing out on much needed funds. For this reason today’s run is in aid of the 2.6 challenge so if you can spare a few pennies for #mduk (my chosen charity) you can do so on either of my links here:
