There are 11 weeks to go and I really should've started training sooner. In the past when I've had breaks from running, I've always found my way back to it quite easily. But this time around, I've had a long time off, put on a bit of lockdown weight and I'm feeling so lethargic and drained on each run. Where I used to average 8-minute miles on a long run, I'm now lucky to get ten.
