To Run or not to run....

Ok so welcome to my blog page.  I have been inspired to create a blog about my training for the Jane Tomlinson 10km Hull run in June 2014, after reading Mike Hare's book -The incredible shrinking Man.  I myself weighed in at just under 27 stone in Christmas 2012, since then I have managed to lose 4 stone, but I felt that I didn't push myself enough last year, so this year I have set myself the challenge of running this race!  The last time I ran any distance was about 25 years ago and about 12 stone lighter than I am now!!  After reading Mikes book I found it interesting all the support he got from just blogging, so I am hoping it will do the same for me.  When I was younger I would watch the London Maratho and think 'Yes, Id like to do that', but of course I never did. Always putting off today what can be done tomorrow...or something like that.
