Can't believe I'm going to be running in such a fantastic marathon!!  But on 4th November 2007  I'm running the ING New York City Marathon - along with all you other NYC bloggers. Only been running 4 years - started out as a bit of 'keep fit at 50' and a Race 4 Life .. but am beginning to think I must be a real runner as I've now completed 4 half marathons (all GNR and in the 4th just got a PB!!) plus lot of other 10ks etc along the way.  NYC Marathon is coming round a bit fast now but more or less managing to stick to the 'get you round' schedule. I'm running for  GOSH Childrens Charity http://www.justgiving.com/suebarnes-nyc07 Really looking forward to the challenge - and just aiming to complete......and prove I can do it!!!   (Under 5 hours would be absolutely  brilliant!!).
