Special olympics ireland is dedicated to transforming the lives of children and adults with intellectual disabilities through sport. we empower almost 8000 athletes with opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, and experience joy. we work towards an inclusive world where our athletes are empowered to share their gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other special olympics athletes and their community.
