I have tried many different types and brands of running shoe but never found anything thats really suited me. Do you have any suggestions?

The world of running shoes can be confusing for first time buyers and can prove expensive if you continue to buy pair after pair. I would suggest that you (if you haven't done so already) head to a specialist running store.

You’ll be given an in-depth analysis of your running style, and the in-store experts should be able to recommend footwear that is perfectly suited to you. It may work out more expensive than a generic sports retailer, but trust me; this is a price well worth paying if you want to improve your running.

I keep getting blisters after about 5 or 6 miles. I have bought decent trainers fitted for my feet at a running shop but the blisters are still in the same place.
