I do a little bit of cycling after about 25 to 40 mile my left hand goes completely numb i notice alot of riders have this, have you any idea what the common cause would be?

Numbness or pain in the wrist or hands is a common issue for cyclists and is often due to what is known as carpal tunnel syndrome. CTS is an overuse injury which occurs when the nerve on the palm side of the wrist is compressed. To alleviate the problem try regularly switching hand position on the handlebars when riding to minimise this pressure. If the issue persists or worsens then seek professional advice.
