I rolled my ankle 12 weeks ago and although it’s not painful at all to run, it hurts to stretch, am I ok to start marathon training?
If you are able to run pain free then you are probably ok to continue to run, however marathon training is obviously very demanding in terms of both volume and intensity so it would be advisable to get your ankle checked out by a qualified physio before you really start to ramp up your training.

I've started running again after a long time off. I'm taking it easy and building up using a run/walk routine. I went for a run last week, the run felt good but woke up the next morning with the a very sore knee and a very tender inside tendon on my right knee. Any ideas as to what I've done?

I have been advised by a fellow runner that I should see a physio for issues I’ve been having with my Achilles. It’s quite expensive but do you think it will prove money well spent?
