I suffer from tendonitis in both legs the moment I get to about 10k. What am I doing wrong and are there any supplements that I can take to aid recovery and strengthen tendons?

Tendons typically start to grumble when they cannot cope with the demands that are being placed on them. This is often due to biomechanical factors and a lack of strength and conditioning. I would recommend seeing a qualified physiotherapist who should be able to conduct a thorough assessment and provide you with a rehab programme that will involve progressively loading the tendons. There has been some evidence to suggest that collagen based supplements can help tendon healing but a physio led rehab programme is the way forward.
