Help I am suffering from jogger's nipple, any advice would be most welcome?

Although it may sound mildly amusing, there’s really nothing funny about jogger’s nipple at all. Jogger’s nipple most commonly affects men, and although it seems trivial it can really affect your running performance. Combat it by wearing non-abrasive clothing, which is reasonably tight fitting and has sweat-wicking properties.

If it’s particularly bad you can protect problem areas with a lubricant such as petroleum jelly to create a nipple-protecting barrier between your clothing and your skin.

I'm having pain in my knees when I start to run more than 6 miles. Would it be best to run with supports or is there something else I can do?

I get really sore calves when running, especially up hills and it really affects my running. I do stretch them but is there anything else I can do to help them? (I walked on my toes for 13 years which I think is the main cause)
